Most automated invoicing get very expensive. For example, you may be charged $20-35 monthly plus $6 per person plus 1% for Bank ACH. 
For 25 Clients: $20 Monthly + $150 (25 Clients) + (1% ACH) =$171.70 Monthly X 12 Months=$2060.40 Annually just for 25 Clients.

Right click on Client tab on upper left of the page
  • Rename-to add Clients name
  • Address
  • Phone etc.
  • Tab Color- to add color code
  • etc

Copy LOGO
  • Right click
  • Paste LOGO
  • Add Company Name
  • Address
  • Phone
  • Email etc.
 
TITLE, RATE, HOLIDAY/OVERTIME
  • By each title
    • Add rate of each title that you are charging the Client
    • Add Holiday or Overtime rate of each title that you are charging the Client
    • Blank spaces under title – if you have other titles; add them here.
      • e.g. – ARNP, DR etc.
 
INVOICE NUMBER
Start with any number you desire on each invoice.
  • Each tab at bottom of page is for Client name
    • e.g. – Invoice 1 – change to client name
      • Invoice 2 – change to a different client name etc.
 
THANK YOU
You can edit to any font
-Remember, it is a small space
  • If you change the font and size, you may interfere with the formatting of the invoice. Your one page invoice may change to two pages and not look professional.

  • Employee Name
  • Title (drop down arrow with titles)
  • Regular hours
  • Rate of employee with correct title 
  • Holiday/Overtime hours
  • Holiday/Overtime rate
  • Shift Differential dates
  • Shift Differential hours
  • Shift Differential rates
  • Last Minute Coverage dates
  • Last Minute Coverage hours
  • Last Minute Coverage rates
  • Mileage
  • Mileage rate
  • Total of twenty-three (23) billable lines on each invoice
 
If you enter the correct information…your invoice will calculate your totals correctly.

ALWAYS SAVE BEFORE CLICKING “NEXT INVOICE”
Save As: Facility/Client name or code with a date. 
e.g.- STARK 4/21/21
 
You always need a reference date in case you are audited; facility/client is requesting information etc.
 
Then and only then: Click on “NEXT INVOICE” for next time you invoice a facility/client. You will not need to add an invoice number each time. When click “NEXT INVOICE”, the invoice for the facility/client is ready for next time.
 
You will be required to set an invoice number for each facility/client the first time. 
 
IT IS RECOMMENDED ON ALL OF YOUR BUSINESS FORMS AND TEMPLATES THAT WHEN YOU ADD DATA TO YOUR TEMPLATE SAVE, SAVE, SAVE.
 
TO ENSURE YOU AAWAYS HAVE YOUR UPDATED INFORMATION, IT IS RECOMMENDED TO BACKUP ON A DISC AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK. YOU NEVER WANT TO BE WITHOUT YOUR UPDATED INFORMATION. UNFORTUNATELY, THINGS HAPPEN; COMPUTERS CRASH, VIRUSES ETC.
